CREATIVE DRAWING-

Drawing is the first step to creating a totally unique image.
The skill of drawing can transform the way your own artistic work
develops, assist in textile design and give expertise to print making.
If you are interested in improving your drawing skills or want to use your own designs
in print or stitch, this workshop will develop your confidence in producing drawings to assist in
all of these areas.
You will explore the process of observation, truly seeing an object and its creative possibilities,
before translating these ideas onto paper, using a host of drawing and mark-making techniques.

LIFE DRAWING
Wednesdays from 1.30 to 3.30pm
10 weeks starting 18th April 2018
Fees £119.50 per 10 week term, including model fee.

Drawing the human body is a wonderful way for anyone, from beginner to the more experienced, to improve their drawing skills.
Using short and long poses, and a variety of media and materials we will explore the visual potential of the human form to
create exciting images.

Discover the joy of drawing and learn how to express yourself through mark-making and drawing.
We will learn basic drawing skills and explore materials and mark-making techniques with the aim of dispelling the fears when faced with a blank sheet of paper.

These classes are run for all abilities from total beginners to those with more experience.
Each course is geared around the individual with each participant creating artwork based on their own individual interests and abilities.
The church has a lovely big hall we work in and there is a free car park attached to the church at the rear.
There is also a kitchen where tea and coffee can be obtained for 20p.

Cost: Each session is £15, paid for in a block of 7, totalling £105.
