As the name suggests, a series of paintings focusing on the beak, eyes and patterns of these birds.
The paper was a large sheet that had already been created but not used. Ink had been dropped onto wet paper and allowed to dry a little before being washed off creating some interesting texture. More ink was added before the drawing to create an image 'emerging' from the dark.
