I thought I'd show you a collection of paintings of birds. I've always been a bit of a birdwatcher but I've never been someone who 'collects' birds like train watchers though I do like 'watching'. I like watching birds from the fancy to the ordinary, watching their characters and watching their colours and patterns.

And, being an artist, these 'colours and patterns' give me a chance to 'play', so here are a collection of mixed media paintings. A bit of catch all 'mixed media' and perhaps a bit of a cop out too but, as the term suggests, I do use different mediums and techniques which I will explain further when you look at each painting.
