This young Kestrel patiently waiting, that I photographed in Northumberland, inspired this collaged artwork on canvas. I wanted to challenge myself and create an artwork without paint just using lots of little bits of paper. The bits of paper became so small it became a very messy process!

The name for the artwork came about from the bird's patient waiting and the newspaper text that I used to create the texture in the post I put the bird on.
